Shipping Policy
All shipping prices are automatically determined by the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS or Fedex. Once your order is shipped, a shipping label will be sent via email or text message (customer decides at checkout). Once your shipping label is printed, please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.
byREDD Beauty is not responsible for damaged good upon arrive due to the carrier. Please contact your local post office (USPS), UPS or Fedex for a refund or compensation for damaged goods. If you received the incorrect item(s), please email inquiry@byreddbeauty.com to handle the personal matter. Shipping issues, refunds and all matters will ONLY be handled through our email. Refunds will only be given upon the business's discretion.

Returns & Order Cancellations
We at byreddbeauty.com view customer satisfaction as paramount. All products/services sold and distributed through byreddbeauty.com are final sale and are not available for a refund. If your products are damaged upon arrival, please contact your local post office (USPS) for a refund due to all packages include insurance rates in their shipping costs.
You may cancel your initial order anytime within 24 hours of your original order. Processing time will start and your order will not be eligible for cancellation. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
